This is the best description of the effects of a weapons system I've read in a while :)

Lasers burn. Their effects are obvious, especially if objects around the person were hit also. Lightning strikes are pretty easily ruled out via weather conditions at the time, among other things.

What trouble? This argument is nonsense.
