Packet food, chips, candy, TV dinners, etc. are all terrible for your health and waist line. And don’t be fooled - low fat usually means high sugar . Low fat is a marketing tool, not a health tool. If you ban all man-made foods from your life and instead eat naturally occuring foods such as fruit, vegetables, raw milk, eggs, nuts, etc. the weight will fall off your body without effort. link »
